Hansen Valuation Services is a full service commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm serving the Bay Area of Northern California.  Hansen Valuation Service’s principal, Greg Hansen, MAI is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser who has been appraising commercial real estate in the Bay Area for over 19 years. Greg began his career with Smith & Associates, Inc., where he ultimately served as a managing partner managing their San Mateo/Silicon Valley office. He has experience appraising and providing consulting services within the Bay Area counties of San Mateo, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa and Marin in addition to Santa Cruz County with a primary focus in Silicon Valley and San Mateo counties.  Greg has a significant depth of knowledge in Bay Area real estate market fundamentals and a strong grasp of the underlying economic conditions (both local and national) which influence demand for commercial real estate product. He has performed thousands of appraisals with a total combined value in the billions of dollars and which include a variety of commercial property types.
